21.5”X33.5” piece of Pellon®’s 7036 Lutradur 36" Wide, 70g Weight (source details are included), or other polyester interfacing
Low loft cotton quilt batting (baby quilt size) to be cut to 21.5”X33.5”
16”X30” of the main fabric (to be embroidered)
4”X 30” each of two accent fabrics
1 yard of main framing fabric (also used for backing fabric)

piece of rigid strip material to measure 20” long, about 1” wide, and
about 1/8” to 1/4” thick. You can easily make this using two plastic
(or wooden) rulers.
Suggested Threads; these are all Robison Anton 40 wt. rayon names and numbers:
Eggshell #2343 or other off white for the birds’ bodies
Aspen White #2574 or other bright white for birds’ crests
Mango #2394 for the birds’ beaks and deepest color of moon
Moonbeam #2560 for the second color of moon
Lemon #2325 for the palest color of the moon
Spring Garden #2551 for bird legs and pine tree needles
