Suggested Threads: Rayon 40 wt thread is recommended. Rayon thread has a nap, like velvet, which enhances stitched machine embroidery designs. Polyester thread is just shiny and has no nap so it does not give the depth to stitched machine embroideries that rayon thread does. Thread colors should be chosen according to the fabric that you are stitching the embroidery designs on.
