Description

The Long Stem is a long stem!!! I know this really looks boring and pointless. However, you can add a leaf at one end of this design and a Stem End Curl to the other end and have a pretty fine start to a wonderful layout. Duplicate the whole thing and spin one around. Overlap them. Wonderful stuff! Take a look at the pictures! This little unassuming piece is well worth the money. The download includes the following file formats: EXP, HUS, DST, EMD, JEF, PEC, PES, VIP, XXX. Number of stitches: 2380. Size of design: 4.98"X6.99" (including basting rectangle). Also included in the download are instructions for working with templates with special emphasis on designs that touch each other. Follow these instructions to get great results! The templates are provided for the original design and for the mirror image of the design.

This design is a solid tatami fill with a gentle twisted effect. This fill matches the other Stems and Curls in this collection. I have tested stitching it out on drapery weight linen with great results. I am sure you will be pleased.
