Description

This black bag zipper is designed specifically for bags & totes. It is the perfect bag zipper! Oversized and made of nylon, it has no locking mechanism to hinder the smooth clean action which makes it the perfect tote zipper. Install with a zipper foot. It is 12 inches long and can easily be shortened with common scissors, needle and thread. This zipper is the same bag zipper that is used in better quality commercially made totes and luggage.

Complete and easy instructions are included to end zipper phobia! This installation is different from the standard zipper installation that is done into a sewing seam. No seam is needed. This installation allows you to put your zipper in the middle of a solid piece of fabric which allows you to put a hidden zippered pocket into the exterior side of a bag for easy access! You can even install this zipper in the middle of your crazy quilt design that has seams in all the wrong places! The finished installed zippered bag pocket looks like the ones you see on bags you purchase in department stores. You will love this bag zipper! Of course, this zipper can be installed in a seam in the traditional manner too.

You will need a small bit of fusible interfacing (Pellon CraftFuse #808 is recommended) for the installation. This is easy to do.
