Description

Makes one of your choice of three sizes: 4”X6” necklace bag, 6”X8” medium size bag, 7”X9.5” largest bag. This elegantly simple design is easy, fun, and fast to sew. There are two exterior pockets plus a main center compartment. You can embellish with beads at each pocket flap point.

This kit contains the following:

detailed instructions with lots of diagrams
GreatDrape! rope for the handle
Susa’s Little Turning Tool for covering the rope with fabric

Supplies Needed :

1/2 yard fabric makes all of the smallest size bag (exterior, lining, and handle)
1/2 yard fabric needed for the exterior and handle of the two larger bags
1/2 yard of craft weight sew-in interfacing (27” wide)
1 fat quarter (21”X18”) companion fabric needed for the lining of the two larger bags
optional magnetic closure to the largest size bag.
2.5 linear feet of freezer paper for the working pattern/template. Easy & fast! Speeds cutting!
Beads with weight for embellishment of the pocket flap points
Liquid Starch to stabilize the bias cut fabric for covering your rope handle.
Use a walking foot for this project if it is available.
