EXTRA PARTS!!!!!!!!!!!
Want to make several Sewing Whimsies from your Sewing Whimsies project kit? Get extra parts here! Sewing Whimsies make great sewing collectables. In order to make enough to satisfy your cravings, you’ll need more of the little parts that are included in each Sewing Whimsies project kit.
What to do With Your Collection
Some of us don’t know when to quit (I’m not naming names, but you know who you are). Marie could not have accomplished that Catchit Frog Kick Line without extra parts. After all…googly frog eyes are hard to come by. I shouldn’t mention this, but the manufacturer stopped making these buttons in 2005 so I bought all they had. There is a LIMITED supply so get your frog eyes while they last! The Catchit Frog kick line was a sewing room celebration that eventually had to make way for the next project so Marie gave those frogs to good homes. And her friends were delighted with their gifts (how could they resist?)
!
Another addictive pastime is making Little Banty Chickens. Once you get the hang of it, you can make one in about an hour (including stuffing and beading). You can gin out enough for place setting name tag holders for your next hen party in an afternoon! Mass production for resale is strictly prohibited! Selling 20 or less in the Quilt Guild Boutique is ok with me.
LittleMouse has starred in a number of fabric stores around the country. One store even supplied him with a Mouse House complete with window drapes and furniture. You could even do a little Christmas scene with Santa Mouse and a troop of Rudolph mice on the roof. You’re on your own when it comes to the sleigh though.
Anyway, have fun with the Sewing Whimsies. Use them as gifts for sewing friends and please send me pictures of your Sewing Whimsies sewing collectables! Click on the pictures below for more information.
